微照度计的测量灵敏度通常限于1×10~(-6)lx水平

这在许多场合都不能满足要求。但只要确定了光通量与光子速率之间的内在联系

利用光子计数器和微照度计的结合

就可以把微照度的测量灵敏度提高到1×10~(-10)lx水平。文中导出了光通量与光子速率的理论计算公式;介绍了极低照度测量实验系统;并根据光子计数器的时间分辨率和光子的泊松分布以及暗记数水平

分别分析了微照度测量的上、下限范围。
