摘要

本文主要分析了光线入射角误差和反射光功率测量误差对偏振法折射率测量的影响。计算结果表明

当光线45°入射角的标准偏差在(1″～5″)之间

功率测量的相对标准偏差在(0.37～1.1)×1O~(-4)之间时

折射率测量的相对标准偏差为(1.4～5.8)×10~(-5)。若要求测量精度优于2×10~(-5)

则要求入射角误差控制在1″以内

功率测量的相对标准偏差应小于4×10~(-5)。
