摘要

本文介绍了检测织物密度的原理与仪器结构。将织物放在聚光系统中，织物的像通过空间滤波器转变成对比度较高的明暗相间的直条纹，并成像到ＣＣＤ上。ＣＣＤ将条纹的明暗信号转换成电信号，经过放大、滤波、微分电路处理，再送入到单片机系统中做数据处理。该测试装置具有测试速度快、自动化程度高和非接触测量等优点，能够实现织物密度的在线检测，测试精度达到△Ｎ＜１。
