摘要

用碱金属氯化物与金属钙的置换反应来制备碱金属光电阴极，在通常条件下是不能自发进行的。在真空条件下（１．３３×１０－４～１．３３×１０－５Ｐａ），由计算得知碱金属已呈气态，经化学热力学原理论证，在某一温度下是可以自发进行的，即置换出Ｎａ，Ｋ，Ｒｂ，Ｃｓ的最低温度必须分别高于９９２．４℃、８９６．７℃、８４５．９℃和８７９．８℃。
