研究并初步实现了一种以光导纤维作探头的、可用于临床人体牙齿颜色测量的分光光度系统。分析了该系统的基本原理；探讨了影响该系统性能的几个关键问题及其解决方法；最后针对目前牙科临床常用的Ｖｉｔａ烤瓷比色板当中的几种系列的样品进行了色度测量实验，取得了满意的结果。
