摘要

大型非球面的加工和检验

通常采用 Offner补偿系统。对 Offner补偿系统进行了详细地论述。采用小口径三片式 Offner补偿系统检测大口径非球面镜

系统具有调节、检测方便

加工精度高等优点

这种方法在实际加工中得到证实。采用 Offner补偿系统加工的大口径非球面 (φ6 30 mm)

取得了良好的实验效果
