摘要

光学机械对象由于本身的复杂性

对其进行控制是比较困难的

需要建立繁琐的数学模型。为了简化控制

在充分考虑系统机械特性和光学特性前提下

实现其复杂系统的拓扑分解

把系统分解为子系统

每一个子系统内可以有较强的联系

而子系统之间有较弱的联系。
