MTF是评价TDICCD成像质量的重要参数

基于对影响TDICCD成像质量诸多因素的考虑

提出TDICCD的MTF检测及评价方法

并对这种方法进行了理论分析

理论分析与实验结果相吻合。在检测过程中

采用局部视场扫描测量方法

测量 96级TDICCD的MTF。
