摘要

X 棱镜是一般TFT LCD投影仪所采用的合色元件

其性能直接影响着投影仪对比度等各指标。针对X 棱镜的指标要求

提出了一种X 棱镜的新的冷加工方法

并基于TFCal设计的膜系

进行棱镜样品的实际加工、制备及检测等。最终测量结果表明

该加工方法和膜系完全可以用于实际生产应用。
