摘要

在单光路分光光度计中

照明光源随时间变化的不稳定性通常对颜色测量有很大的影响。在分析了光源随时间变化规律的基础上

提出了用软件自动修正单光路分光光度计的测量结果

从而排除了光源不稳定性所带来的影响。由实验数据找出的规律构造了两个修正因子:时间修正因子和波长修正因子。用它们对测量结果进行修正。实验证明这种方法有效的减弱了光源的影响。
