摘要

分析了一维光电位置敏感器件(positionsensitivedetector

PSD)的非线性的原因

并根据PSD的非线性特点

提出了用神经网络的共轭梯度算法对PSD的非线性进行补偿

从而使PSD的非线性区获得了与线性区近似的线性度。因此

在不增加复杂测量设备的情况下

扩大了测量范围

提高了非线性区的测量准确度和数据的置信度。
