摘要

阐述了激光主动照明选通成像的原理。针对水下成像系统对光电接收器件和照明光源性能的要求

介绍了当前主要成像器件的特性和在选通成像系统中的优缺点。重点分析了ICCD光电接收器件的选通性能和特点

列举了几种先进的ICCD系统的性能参数。对其它几种水下成像系统的性能参数进行了简单的介绍和对比

分析了今后成像器件的发展方向。
