在强激光系统中光学元件表面的微结构会引起局域场强增强

进而会影响元件抗激光损伤能力。采用时域有限差分方法对波长量级的表面微结构进行了电磁场分布的数值模拟

一方面为损伤模型的建立奠定了基础

另一方面也为光学元件的设计制作提供了理论指导。
