摘要

介绍了一种利用图像阈值分割和数学形态学噪声处理的像增强器缺陷的检测方法

通过对阈值分割二值化后的缺陷图像进行形态滤波

达到了自动检测缺陷的目的。该方法不受缺陷形状和位置的影响

能够快速准确的识别出其缺陷

自动判别缺陷的准确性和实际用人眼观察缺陷的结果相一致。实验结果证明了该方法在实际应用中的可行性。
