摘要

在明确线结构光三角测量法原理的基础上

针对目前面形测量系统测量功能的单一性

设计了一种集旋转测量和移动测量于一体的面形测量系统。在系统结构设计中

系统参数

包括激光器和CCD之间的基线距离L、工作距离D、测量角α、透镜焦距f和CCD自身的参数对系统测量分辨率和测量范围有直接影响。在分析了这些参数之间的关系的基础上

对系统进行了优化设计和工作参数的确定。
