摘要

为了研究LED的发光效率在实际空间环境下的变化

对LED的发光效率在热真空环境下进行实验研究

测定LED光学样机在大气环境中以及在热真空环境中的温升及硅光电池电流变化情况

并分析其结点温度与光强的对应关系

得出LED的输出光效随着结点温度的升高而降低的结论。分析比较了在大气、热真空环境条件下的光效输出随结点温度变化的异同

验证了在大气中比在真空环境中光效下降较慢。
