摘要

详细介绍了超二代微光夜视仪像增强器多碱光阴极薄膜生长的反射光监控原理。通过推导超二代微光夜视仪像增强器多碱光阴极膜层反射系数函数

计算并绘出了几种多碱锑化合物光阴极薄膜的反射率与薄膜厚度、入射光波长之间的关系曲线。在实际应用中对所测得的数据与超二代微光夜视仪像增强器多碱光阴极膜层的反射系数进行了比较

达到了最佳的控制效果。
