摘要

针对使用图像清晰度的聚焦评价函数来实现显微镜系统中的自动调焦

介绍了几种常用的图像清晰度聚焦评价函数

在自动倒置显微镜下进行大量的实验

分别利用这几种函数对采集到的图像进行评价分析。研究结果表明

在显微镜系统下利用基于梯度类图像清晰度评价函数拉普拉斯(Laplacian)算子可以有效地抑止噪声干扰

并且单峰性、重复性和稳定性都比较良好

能实现快速高效的自动调焦。
