摘要

用透光率/雾度测试仪测量了模具温度、熔体温度、注射压力、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间等工艺参数对透光率和雾度的影响。研究表明:工艺参数的变化对透光率的影响很小;模具温度、熔体温度、注射压力的升高都会导致产品光学性能的下降;保压压力和冷却时间均应取合适的值

才能获得最优的光学性能。
