摘要

针对空间相机CCD电箱结构复杂、各个构件工作温度要求在合理的范围之内的状况

提出了一种热控措施

旨在保持CCD电箱的构件在合理的温度范围之内

以满足实际的工作要求。对某空间相机CCD电箱进行了合理的三维建模

通过设定材料属性和边界条件

采用有限元法对CCD电箱的各个构件进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:CCD电箱的电路板温度范围是66.1～100℃

不满足0～2512的要求

应对电路板采取热控措施使其满足温度要求。通过对热控措施进行计算

保证了电路板温差的稳定性

进而说明了这种热控措施在空间相机CCD电箱中的应用是合理可行的。
