摘要

研究了V型腔Nd∶YVO4/KTP绿光激光器中的输出镜反射相移的产生原因。结合Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP倍频晶体的倍频特性

首次分析了反射相移对腔内基频光偏振特性及Ⅱ类相位匹配倍频效率的影响。结果发现:当反射相移△在0～π范围内变化时

倍频效率随△的增大而降低;当△2°时

倍频效率相对于理想情况下降幅度很小

可忽略不计。利用矩阵法对输出镜多层膜特性进行了分析

通过合理控制入射角度

减小了反射相移

提高了激光器的倍频效率。
