摘要

详细讨论了在利用位相信息测量条纹亚像素级位移时

随机噪声、量化、像元尺寸和像元间隙对位移分辨力的影响

并给出了详尽的实验结果。采用一般CCD实现了 1/ 10像素的单次测量精度。
