摘要

为了快速、准确地检测出输送机皮带工作时发生的纵向撕裂事故

提出了一种基于线激光的视觉检测方法。"一"字线激光器向皮带底面投射直线激光条纹

使用CCD相机获取图像并提取出光条中心

通过分析光条中心畸变特征来判断皮带表面是否存在撕裂。首先采用阈值法对激光条纹进行分割;然后在光条区域上利用重心法实现光条中心的粗略提取;最后利用Bazen方法求取光条法线

在法线方向上采用高斯拟合法实现光条中心的亚像素精度提取。利用具有多种纵向撕裂特征的故障皮带进行检测

实验结果表明

所提出的方法具有精度高、速度快的特点

测量精度达到了毫米级

可以满足实际皮带检测的需要。
