摘要

介绍了一种基于制冷型CCD相机的生物芯片扫描仪光学检测系统。通过对生物芯片扫描仪工作原理的分析

总结出了CCD选型原则和光学检测系统荧光收集物镜的重要设计参数。借助于ZEMAX光学设计软件设计出了具有大数值孔径(0.4)、长工作距离(7mm)、适用于可见光全光谱下的荧光物镜

提高了扫描仪荧光收集效率。评价了该荧光收集物镜的成像质量

各方面参数符合扫描仪设计要求。
