摘要

用传输矩阵法研究了在不同入射角时对称缺陷复合光子晶体[D(AB)mD]2结构s偏振和p偏振的光传输特性。计算结果表明:对称缺陷复合光子晶体[D(AB)mD]2结构中的禁带出现两个完全共振透射峰。随着入射角的增大

s光和p光的带隙中心和透射峰都向高频方向移动

s光的带宽增大

p光的带宽减小

但带隙中心始终相同。通过微小地改变入射角可改变透射峰的频率和偏振态。此结果为该结构实现双通道方位开关和偏振器提供了理论依据

也为拓宽该结构带隙和得到所需要的偏振光提供了理论基础。
