摘要

对衍射光栅式光纤光栅解调器件的温度特性进行了研究。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对不同材料解调器件的结构件在高低温情况下的形变量进行了仿真。根据仿真得出的变形量

通过光路计算

分析了结构件的变形对光电探测器像面上的不同波长光束成像位置的影响。对硬铝、45#钢和殷钢这三种不同材料的解调器件进行温度试验

发现对于不同材料的器件

不同波长对应的温度漂移不同。硬铝材料解调器件的温度变化与波长偏差的线性关系不明显。45#钢和殷钢材料的解调器件的温度变化与波长偏差的关系近似线性

而且波长值越小波长随温度变化的曲线斜率越大。可见

为了提高这类器件的温度稳定性

需要从材料、结构、工艺以及软件等方面进行综合补偿。
