摘要

设计了一种新型的八边形纤芯为椭圆的空气孔掺氟的光子晶体光纤。通过全矢量有限元法(FVFEM)和各项异性完美匹配层法(APML)对所设计的光纤进行了仿真研究。数值结果表明所设计的光纤在1.34~1.72μm波段具有0±0.4ps/(nm·km)的超平坦色散

覆盖了S、C和L通信波段

且在同一波长范围处限制损耗低于10-7dB/m

在1.55μm波长处对应的双折射率和非线性系数分别为2.12×10~(-2)和50.67W~(-1)·km~(-1)。所设计的光纤在超连续谱产生、色散补偿、极化保偏等方面具有潜在的应用。
