摘要

光纤的几何参数是评价光纤质量的重要指标。以近场光分布法为基础进行光纤几何参数测量

是目前常用的一种非接触测量方法。但在测量过程中

若光纤端面切割不平整或照明光源有波动

直接采取边缘拟合及灰度值进行计算

会产生较大的测量误差。使用Canny算子提取光纤端面的边缘

将其所围进行区域二值化滤波

利用形态学方法与运算获得光纤的几何参数

能消除由于光照不均或切割粗糙带来的误差影响。
