摘要

在研究基于硅基二氧化钛纳米柱对空间光场位相调制特性的基础上

结合菲涅尔衍射理论

提出了一种基于共轭梯度优化算法的超构表面设计方法。通过该方法

在可见光波段能够实现在任意衍射角度上对选取的波长进行滤波。衍射角分别为15°和30°

波长范围在400～780nm

对RGB三色光波进行单波长滤波。数值模拟结果验证表明

所提算法得到的超构表面能在预定的衍射角下准确地产生目标强度谱。
