摘要

在临床使用条件下

为提高内窥镜相对畸变率检测的准确性和效率

提出一种基于定位图像质心的相对畸变率自动检测方法。该方法对内窥镜拍摄的标准板图像进行灰度和二值化处理

结合Canny算子和三次样条插值法检测标准板上图形的亚像素边缘坐标

定位图像质心

确定过质心的最长和最短径向尺寸

从而计算相对畸变率。使用经溯源的标准板对此方法进行了验证

对3套临床在用内窥镜分别使用质心法、椭圆拟合法和人工测量法进行检测

结果显示

质心法和椭圆拟合法这2种图像处理方法的测量结果一致性较高

并且检测结果的准确度高于人工测量方法。
