摘要

肝癌的发病率和死亡率逐年上升

寻找提高肝癌早期筛查和诊断的有效方法是降低死亡率的重要途径

通过定量检测血清中甲胎蛋白(AFP)是实现肝癌早期筛查和诊断的重要辅助手段。常用的AFP检测方法具有成本高、检测时间长、不适于大规模人群的筛查等缺点

本文采用基于激光共聚焦原理的生物芯片扫描仪和近红外荧光标记抗体芯片相结合的方法

实现AFP的定量检测

并与常用的罗氏电化学发光免疫分析方法检测患者样本中AFP含量进行比较

结果表明

二者之间具有高度相关性。
