摘要

针对不同二次曲面常数旋转对称非球面光学元件的顶点曲率半径高精度、通用化测量问题

提出了一种基于激光差动共焦的非球面顶点曲率半径测量方法。该方法利用圆形光瞳技术使非球面实测共焦点接近顶点球面球心;利用差动共焦技术对被测非球面的猫眼点和共焦点分别进行精密瞄准定位

测得实际顶点曲率半径值;通过理论仿真分析得到圆形光阑尺寸与顶点曲率半径理论偏差值之间的关系

对实际测量值进行补偿。实验结果表明

该方法相对精度小于0.01%

为非球面顶点曲率半径测量提供了一种全新的技术手段。
