摘要

硅单晶的光学特性对于中短波红外探测系统的性能至关重要，对航天技术的进步具有重要的影响。文章聚焦于直拉法制备硅单晶过程中由于温度梯度引起的热应力问题，以及热应力对硅单晶光学不均匀的影响。通过对比未退火、慢退火和快退火三种不同方式下硅单晶的应力双折射现象，深入分析单晶硅近红外波段(3～5μm)的红外吸收和折射率特性，总结了不同退火方式对硅单晶光学不均匀性的影响。最终，文章归纳了应力影响光学均匀性的机理，提出了通过降低晶体内应力以改善光学均匀性的策略，为实现高品质硅单晶的制备提供了理论依据和实践指导。
