摘要:To meet the comprehensive requirements of high optical efficiency, uniformity, and color performance in miniaturized projection devices, this study designed a compact DLP projection illumination system based on a 0.3inch DMD chip. The design involved RGB LED selection guided by étendue matching theory, collimation and aberration suppression using an even-order aspheric lens group, light field homogenization via a fly's eye lens array, and optical path folding with an RTIR prism to reduce system volume. Simulation results from Zemax and LightTools showed an optical efficiency of 39.8%, DMD illuminance uniformity of 99.16% (ANSI 9-point method), a color gamut coverage of 97.36% sRGB, and a color difference of 0.000736, with a total system length under 50 mm. This study presents a lighting solution that synergistically optimizes optical efficacy, uniformity, and color performance for space-constrained applications such as augmented reality and automotive head-up displays.

摘要:Considerable application potential is demonstrated by the technology of heterodyne confocal microscopy, its core requirement for high resolution and requirement for high wavefront fidelity.A dedicated optical design oriented toward micro-nano freeform surface measurement is proposed. An innovative approach is adopted, thereby orienting towards phase measurement, achieving collaborative optimization of image quality. Under architecture of limited number of lenses, a design-process integration strategy driven by tolerance sensitivity was adopted, thereby optimizing focal length, component radii, and inter-element distances of system. Final design, under monochromatic laser illumination, achieves diffraction-limited imaging, with full-field MTF exceeding 0.4 at 750 lp/mm, thereby ensuring wavefront error RMS is better than λ/500.In addition, it demonstrated 80% yield under Q2 manufacturing precision. This design balances engineering feasibility, while also achieving imaging performance, hence offering reliable optics for the high‑precision phase microscopic analysis of micro‑nano freeform surfaces.
摘要:For point target detection space infrared camera, the cryogenic optical system is used to reduce the radiation in the camera and improve the detection sensitivity. In order to solve the problem of flexible unloading and high-precision positioning of the lens support structure from normal temperature to cryogenic temperature, cryogenic temperature adhesive positioning and flexible support structure are usually used to achieve stress unloading. However, when the ambient temperature drops to about 100K, the adhesive surface of the cryogenic adhesive and the brittle lens material shrinks at low temperature, and the excessive stress in the lens surface will lead to the lens damage. In ord to solve this problem, a set of elastic elements is designed ,which are uniformly distribute in the radial direction of the lens by pretightening force to realize positioning support and stress unloading, and the elastic pressure palte is used to limit axial position ,so that the brittle material lens with temperature below 100K can be supported without adhesive and low stress.

摘要:With the development of optical technology and processing techniques, capsule endoscopy, which boasts advantages such as small size, accessibility for gastrointestinal examination, painless, non-invasive, and non-irritating examination process, has become an important method for gastrointestinal examination. To acquire more pathological information, capsule endoscopy requires a larger Field of View (FOV). However, increasing the FOV introduces greater distortion. Although the distortion does not affect the image quality, it compresses the pixels at the edge of the FOV, resulting in the loss of pathological information at the edge of the FOV during intestinal examination, which is equally important. Although mainstream capsule endoscopes on the market have sufficiently wide FOV angles, distortion generally exceeds 50% when the FOV exceeds 100°. The FOV angle and distortion are balanced, and an optical system based on ZEMAX for a capsule endoscope with all-plastic lenses is designed. The system features an ultra-wide angle and relatively low distortion, with a lens FOV angle of 120°, an F-number of 4.3, a total length of less than 3.5mm, and a maximum distortion of 19.5%. The Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) exceeds 20% at 178lp/mm. Furthermore, after 500 Monte Carlo tolerance analysis by ZEMAX and stray light analysis by ASAP stray light analysis software, the results show that the capsule endoscope process is reasonable and meets the requirements after stray light suppression, making it suitable for disposable capsule endoscopes.
